- Google reservations: We are integrated with Google, so when searching for a specific outlet, a reservation option pops up directly on Google's location page.

- Toll-free number: For those who prefer phone bookings, our toll-free number helps guests to call and reserve a table. These calls are recorded for internal review and improvement.

2. Maintaining guest satisfaction data accurately

We prioritise guest satisfaction through our Guest Satisfaction Index (GSI). A dedicated GSI team calls guests to gather feedback across various areas, such as buffet quality, ambiance, reservation experience, and hygiene. This feedback populates an internal dashboard, helping us analyse guest satisfaction levels in each sector. 5. Technology for finance and accounting departments

We maintain proper finance and accounting records with software known as Microsoft Dynamics Nav 2016 R2, which is a secure accounting software. Data is stored on a closed server and protected by Trend Micro security software. Well-defined user roles restrict access and allow them to track all user activity. This ensures financial data integrity and helps maintain a healthy bottom line.
