What is the Smiles Coins program all about?
Smiles Coins is a loyalty program to treat all our customers! It is complimentary and allows you to earn smiles every time you dine with Barbeque Nation. Starting 10th August 2023, Smiles Coins will be credited only for those dine- in and delivery transactions where bookings are made through the Barbeque Nation app/ website. You can redeem these smiles on your next visit to any of our outlets.

Barbeque Nation management retains the rights to amend the policy governing the acquisition, redemption, and expiry of smiles without prior notification.
How do I join Smiles Coins Club?
All Barbeque Nation customers are auto-enrolled into the Smiles Coins program. You just need to download our app or login to www.barbequenation.com using your mobile number to know further about your Smiles Coins!
How do I earn Smiles Coins?
Managing Smiles Coins is easy as 1,2,3. Reserve a table through Barbeque Nation App and Website with the same number you used to create an account for Barbeque Nation. Enjoy a lovely meal with delicious grills, main course and desserts. Pay your bill as you like, either online through our app or at the outlet and you will automatically be credited with Smiles Coins in your account. Starting 10th August 2023, Smiles Coin cannot be redeemed in bills settled (in part or in full) through any happiness card, Barbeque Nation voucher or discount coupon. These smiles can be redeemed on your next visit.

How many Smiles Coins do I earn on every visit?
You will earn 5% of the billing amount before taxes and they will be auto credited to you. Smiles Coins earned can be redeemed on your next visit. Each Smiles Coins is equivalent to a rupee! That means 500 Smiles Coins = 500 rupees!
What is the value of each Smiles Coins at the time of redemption?
Each Smiles Coins is worth a rupee. That means 500 Smiles Coins = 500 rupees!
Where can I get information about my Smiles Coins?
Tracking your Smiles Coins is a piece of cake. Just log in to Barbeque Nation via app or website, go to your profile and click on Smiles Coins. This page will inform you about the amount of Smiles Coins earned, redeemed and even expired.
How do I redeem my Smiles Coins?
To redeem your Smiles Coins, log in to Barbeque Nation through your mobile app or website and book a table. During check out, you will find an option to add Smiles Coins and reserve a table.
How do I exchange my unused Smiles Coins?
We ensure to inform you close to when Smiles Coins so that you can utilize them. However, if you are unable to utilize them you have an option to use those Smiles Coins and buy our Happiness Card, which has a 6 month validity from the date of purchase.
Do my Smiles Coins expire?
The Smiles you collect will expire after 120 days from the date it got credited. We ensure that older Smiles Coins are used first.
When Smiles Coins are not applicable?
1. Smiles Coins points cannot be earned if Voucher or Coupon are applied.
2. Smiles Coins cannot be earned if booking is made from any source other than Barbeque Nation Mobile App and Website.
2. Smiles Coins cannot be earned in split bills.
